About

I'm Mark Wells, a jeweller and silversmith from Saskatoon, SK. In 2016, I was juried into the Saskatchewan Craft Council, a standard for quality and design.

I've been making jewellery in one form or another for over a decade. I started with making chainmail-style chains and then progressed to more traditional silversmithing techniques. All my work is handmade in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. My work is inspired by my desire to challenge myself with new techniques and try to integrate those design elements as cleanly as possible. Since all my pieces are handmade, there will be some inherent variation between those shown here and the piece you receive. The work shown here is only a sample of of works which are available; contact me for information on custom projects.

You can currently find my work at Remai Modern's Art & Design Store and the Saskatchewan Craft Council's Fine Craft Boutique.

Similarly, if you have a particular landscape or scene in mind for a shadowbox, let me know. Many of the shadowboxes that I have made have come from photographs that I have taken on vacation and I would be happy to discuss doing the same with other people's photographs or ideas.
